EVERYONE WINS

1. Promotion Validity Promotion valid for reservations made with Enterprise Rent-A-Car Mexico and paid online from August 26 to October 31, 2026, both dates inclusive. 

The participating rental period will be from August 26 to December 15, 2026, subject to availability and applicable restrictions. 

Not valid for travel during the following periods:

• From December 1, 2026, to January 5, 2027.
• From March 21 to April 2, 2027, when applicable to prizes or benefits for a future rental.

The promotion applies only to reservations with online payment. 

The promotion has a total inventory of 1,736 prizes and will be available during the indicated validity period or while supplies last, whichever comes first.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

1. Make your reservation at enterprise.mx.
2. Select the online payment option and complete the payment for your rental.
3. Receive your reservation confirmation email.
4. Click the link included in the email.
5. Discover the prize assigned to your reservation and check the corresponding instructions to use it.

Each participating reservation may receive one prize, subject to compliance with the promotion requirements and inventory availability.

3. GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS

Prizes will be assigned according to the mechanics and available inventory of the promotion. 

Prizes cannot be selected, substituted, or exchanged for another benefit at the customer's request, unless expressly stated otherwise. 

Prizes:

• Are not redeemable for cash.
• Do not generate a credit balance.
• Cannot be substituted for another prize.
• Cannot have their validity extended once expired.
• Will be subject to the specific conditions outlined for each benefit.
• Will be subject to availability where applicable.

When the prize applies to a future rental, the customer must make a new reservation and comply with the corresponding validities, categories, and restrictions. 

Promotional codes granted for future rentals will be single-use, unless stated otherwise. 

Digital prizes awarded by third parties will additionally be subject to their own terms, conditions, restrictions, validities, and redemption mechanisms.

4. ENTERPRISE PRIZES

Free additional driver 

Applies only to reservations with online payment.

The benefit corresponds exclusively to the current rental with which the prize was obtained and applies at participating Enterprise Rent-A-Car Mexico branches.

The second driver must meet the requirements established by Enterprise to be added to the rental agreement. 

The line item corresponding to the additional driver will be displayed with an amount of $0 MXN. If the customer decides not to use the benefit, it will not generate a return, refund, or credit balance, nor can it be substituted for another prize.

35% de descuento en Tiempo y Kilometraje

The prize applies to the next rental. 

The customer will receive a single-use promotional code in the email corresponding to their prize. 

The code will be valid for rentals made from August 26 to November 30, 2026. 

To use it, the customer must make a new reservation through enterprise.mx and enter the promotional code received. 

The 35% discount applies exclusively to Time and Mileage (T&M). 

The benefit is subject to availability, participating categories, validity, and other conditions applicable to the new reservation.

50% discount on Time and Mileage

The prize applies to the next rental. 

The customer will receive a single-use promotional code. 

The code will be valid for rentals made from January 2 to December 1, 2027. 

Not valid for travel from March 21 to April 2, 2027. 

To redeem it, the customer must make a new reservation through enterprise.mx and enter the promotional code received. 

The 50% discount applies exclusively to Time and Mileage (T&M). 

The benefit is subject to availability, participating categories, and other applicable conditions.

Up to a 30% discount on Protection Packages

The benefit applies to the next rental. 

The customer will receive a single-use promotional code in the email corresponding to their prize. 

The code will be valid for rentals made within the validity period stated at the time of receiving the prize. 

The discount will apply exclusively to the participating Enterprise Protection Package, according to the percentage indicated in the assigned prize. 

The benefit will be subject to availability, participating categories, validity, and applicable rental conditions.

Free prepaid gas tank

Applies only to reservations with online payment. 

The benefit corresponds exclusively to the current rental with which the prize was obtained. 

The prepaid gas line item will be applied to the participating reservation with an amount of $0 MXN. 

If the customer decides not to use the benefit, it will not generate a return, refund, or credit balance, nor can it be substituted for another prize.

1 free rental day 

Applies to participating reservations of 3 days or more. Participating categories:

• Economy
• Compact
• Intermediate
• Standard
• Full-size
• Premium
• Compact SUV

The prize corresponds exclusively to the current rental with which it was obtained.

The rental agreement must have been formalized and concluded to carry out the corresponding process. 

The benefit will be applied through a refund equivalent to one eligible rental day, according to the procedure established by Enterprise. 

The prize is subject to compliance with the requirements and conditions of the participating reservation.

Applies to participating reservations of 1 to 3 days.

The prize corresponds exclusively to the current rental with which it was obtained. 

The rental agreement must have been formalized and concluded to process the benefit. 

The prize will be applied through the refund corresponding to the eligible rental, according to the procedure established by Enterprise.

5. DIGITAL PRIZES

The following prizes will be delivered via the email associated with the participating reservation. 

The winner will receive a link, certificate, or code with the necessary instructions for redemption. 

It is the customer's responsibility to check the specific validity of their prize and use it within the indicated period. 

Once the validity of the certificate, coupon, or code has expired, the benefit cannot be reactivated, substituted, or extended.

AIRBNB GIFT CARD – $500 MXN

Applies to participating reservations with online payment. 

12-month validity, according to the date indicated on the corresponding certificate. 

No fees are charged for the purchase or activation of the card. 

Residents in Mexico may use the benefit for services available through Airbnb, in accordance with its own terms and conditions. 

To redeem:

1. Sign up or log in to Airbnb.
2. Go to the gift cards section.
3. Enter the received code.
4. The credit will be added to your account according to Airbnb's conditions. 
5. Check the applicable terms directly with Airbnb.

PLAYSTATION CARD – $250 MXN

Applies to participating reservations with online payment. 

12-month validity, according to the date indicated on the certificate. 

To redeem:

1. Log in to your PlayStation account.
2. Select “Redeem Codes”.
3. Enter the received code.
4. Select “Redeem”.
5. The corresponding balance or content will be applied to your account. 

Use of the benefit will be subject to PlayStation's terms and conditions.

LIVERPOOL CARD – $300 MXN

Applies to participating reservations with online payment. 

12-month validity, according to the date indicated on the certificate. 

To redeem:

1. Follow the instructions included in the corresponding certificate.
2. Provide the requested information to validate the prize.
3. Once the information is validated, you will receive the code and final instructions for redemption. 

The validation process may take up to 72 business hours. 

The benefit will be subject to the conditions of use established by Liverpool and/or the certificate provider.

STARBUCKS CARD – $100 MXN

Applies to participating reservations with online payment. 

12-month validity, according to the date indicated on the certificate.

To redeem:

1. Log in to your account from the Starbucks Mexico app.
2. Go to the payment methods section.
3. Select the option to add a Starbucks Card.
4. Enter the details of the received prize.
5. Use the balance according to Starbucks' conditions.

The benefit will be subject to the terms and conditions established by Starbucks.

TICKETMASTER CARD – $500 MXN

Applies to participating reservations with online payment. 

12-month validity, according to the date indicated on the certificate.

To redeem:

1. Go to the official Ticketmaster Mexico website.
2. Select the event, city, and date of your preference.
3. Continue with the purchase process.
4. Select the Gift Card option.
5. Enter the received code and PIN.
6. If the prize value is less than the total purchase, the difference can be covered using payment methods accepted by Ticketmaster.
7. Accept the terms and conditions and finalize the purchase. 

Use of the benefit will be subject to event availability, seating, and Ticketmaster conditions.

INNOVASPORT CARD – $200 MXN

Applies to participating reservations with online payment. 

12-month validity, according to the date indicated on the certificate. For in-store purchases:

1. Visit a participating Innovasport or Innvictus branch.
2. Select the products of your preference.
3. Present your digital card at the register.
4. Provide the requested details from your mobile device to complete the redemption.

For online purchases:

1. Go to the official Innovasport website.
2. Select the products of your preference.
3. Log in or continue as a guest.
4. Enter the digital card details during the checkout process.
5. Confirm your details and delivery address.

The benefit will be subject to Innovasport's terms and conditions.

GANDHI CARD – $300 MXN

Applies to participating reservations with online payment. 

12-month validity, according to the date indicated on the certificate. To redeem:

3. During the checkout process, select the option to add a gift card.
4. Enter the corresponding code.
5. Select “Apply” and finalize the purchase.

CINÉPOLIS 2x1

Applies to participating reservations with online payment. 

The prize consists of a 2x1 benefit on tickets for Cinépolis Traditional Rooms. 

The coupon will have a 3-month validity starting from August 26, 2026.

Redemption

The coupon can be redeemed:

• Directly at the Cinépolis box office.
• Through the Cinépolis App.

The benefit will be subject to availability, validity, and conditions of use established by Cinépolis. 

The coupon cannot be redeemed for cash, a credit balance, or another prize.

It must be used within the indicated validity period.

6. IMPORTANT CONSUMER INFORMATION 

The promotion, its characteristics, benefits, prizes, restrictions, and conditions shall be subject to the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, the Federal Consumer Protection Law (Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor), and other applicable regulations in Mexico. 

Participation in the promotion does not imply any waiver, restriction, or limitation of the rights corresponding to the consumer under applicable law. 

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Mexico will respect the characteristics, conditions, validities, and benefits expressly announced for this promotion, subject to compliance with the established requirements.

All advertising related to the promotion must be interpreted in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions. 

Prizes are subject to the available inventory indicated for the promotion. 

In the event that a prize is provided, administered, or redeemed by a third party, its use will additionally be subject to the terms, conditions, availability, and restrictions established by said provider. 

Enterprise Rent-A-Car Mexico may not retroactively modify the conditions of a previously awarded prize to the detriment of the consumer.

7. PERSONAL DATA 

The personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with Enterprise Rent-A-Car Mexico's current Privacy Notice and solely for the permitted purposes related to the reservation, administration of the promotion, assignment, notification, and delivery of prizes, as well as any additional purposes authorized by the data owner.

8. CLARIFICATIONS 

For any questions or clarifications related to the promotion, the consumer may contact us through Enterprise Rent-A-Car Mexico's official customer service channels published on enterprise.mx. 

The consumer retains at all times the rights and claim mechanisms established by applicable Mexican law, including those corresponding to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
