Invoicing Requirements
To generate your invoice online, you need the following information:
- Reservation/contract number
- Applicant's full name
- Email address
- Legal Name (Important: the name must be entered exactly as it appears on the Tax Status Certificate and without including the Capital Regime / Example: Empresa CAR)
- Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC)
- Fiscal domicile zip code
- CFDI Use
Website payments: Invoices can be generated 3 hours after online payment.Car rental contracts: When your rental with us ends, you can generate your invoice online starting 48 hours after your contract is closed. You can only invoice contracts and website payments within the same month the payment was made.

If your rental contract has already been closed, you can obtain your invoice by providing the contract number and your RFC.
Important: When your rental with us ends, you can generate your invoice online starting 48 hours after your contract is closed. For your convenience, if you make your payment through our website, you can generate your invoice immediately at the time of payment.
We remind you that once your invoice is generated, tax details cannot be modified due to errors or omitted information; it can only be rebilled when it affects the transaction amount. You can only invoice contracts and website payments within the same month the payment was made.
