How can I find information about car rental policies? 

Almost all the information you need about your car rental can be found through the links visible during the reservation process. Even if you are not making a new reservation, you can check the answers to the most frequently asked questions. For detailed information, enter your pick-up location and approximate travel dates in the reservation search fields. After clicking "Search Vehicles", you will see a list of cars and prices. In the top right corner of that page, you will find a link called "Policies". By clicking on that link, you will be able to view the specific policies for the pick-up location you selected.
