In case of cancellation, a fee of 10% to 20% of the paid amount will be charged depending on the time of cancellation. In the event of a no show, a fee of 50% of the paid amount will be charged.
- The credit card used for payment must be physically presented at the time of opening your rental agreement and must have sufficient funds for the security deposit required to sign the contract. The credit card must bear the cardholder's signature, which must match the signature on the contract itself, whether as the primary driver (direct renter) or as an additional driver of the rented vehicle.
